Wave Phase - Continuous Planning & Rollout
Once Discovery has confirmed your strategic objectives, operational improvement targets, and established a baseline scorecard, a series of rolling wave improvements will be planned & initiated. Similar to Agile Team Sprints that take place over very short intervals of 2-4 weeks, Rolling Waves will involve implementation of strategic Lean & Agile collaboration process and governance improvements that can be successfully rolled out in increments of just 8-12 weeks.
Track & Tune - Monitor & Optimize
Once your Wave phase starts to approach a sustainable Lean & Agile operating cadence it is critical that we identify and build a cross functional team responsible for monitoring and continuously innovating your transformed software and product lifecycle.
