As CEO of Gear Stream, Brad is responsible for overseeing the company's strategic direction, planning, and growth.  Brad's vision for Gear Stream is keenly focused on transforming how companies leverage Lean, Agile and Enterprise 2.0 collaboration.  Brad's vision includes helping organizations transition from project driven governance to Lean, continuous flow, product line execution.  While others in the Agile community focus narrowly on core development,  Brad’s vision includes a framework for leveraging Agile development teams in a synchronized, cross functional stakeholder workflow including Product Management, Risk & Compliance (PMO),  Outsource Partners, Finance and Release / Fulfillment operations.

Brads 27 year career includes two prior start-up successes including a software ISV, and a leading eCommerce Outsourcing and Advisory firm called digitaESP, which was acquired by Valtech, S.A. in 2002.  More recently Brad served as the CEO of Valtech U.S. where he helped lead and grow one of the industry’s most successful Agile Advisory and Consulting firms.

As Vice President of Transformation Services Jane is focused on accelerating the successful adoption of Agile and Lean engineering practices and shaping organizational change in client organizations at both the team and program level.  Jane’s role includes a focus on providing strategic leadership to both the development and deployment of our transformation frameworks as well as the growth and management of our transformation consulting team.

For over 20 years, Jane has been focused on information technology innovation and business transformation.  Jane has served previously as Regional Technical Services Manager for IBM Rational Software where she focused on enabling businesses to successfully adopt software development methodologies and technologies to fundamentally improve the quality and predictability of deploying business critical IT solutions.  More recently Jane was  Vice President of Customer Service for both Secure Software and Triumfant, Inc. where she created and launched innovative services frameworks to accelerate the successful adoption of Information Security programs to minimize business risk.

Mitch is a respected and well known futurist, scholar and serial entrepreneur focused on organizational innovation and transformation.   Mitch's career success includes high-profile turnaround achievements impacting revenue growth, sustainability and profitability for a range of Fortune 500 clients in the Finance, Pharmecuritical, Manufacturing and Government sectors.

Today Mitch is the founder and CEO of NanoPhrades and Phratos, two organizations focused on transformational change withing large global companies.  Mitch is also an honorary member of the United States Department of Defense Special Operations and the Academy of Outstanding Teachers at North Carolina State Univeirsty.
